It's interesting how a mind can do a complete 180 on such a crazy topic. I'll read up on whatever he is talking about later.

Hebrews 4:12

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Well he said he went to university, he began to doubt even more that there was no God..then he said years after that, his good friend forgot a Christian book behind and he then decided to read it..but he said he read the bible and all to see if it all made sense and then he found out about the dead sea scrolls which were found in a cave years ago(note that each scroll is dated), and he said truly the scrolls do correspond with Isaiah's prophecy and from the look of the scroll, you could tell they were written long time ago in hebrew, aramaic, nabataeans and greek(the first 3 languages were spoken years ago e.g before 330 b.c and after a while those languages were no longer used until recent times which is too rare..anyways he said within time he then changed after looking deeply into things

What's the point of this thread? To discuss the Dead Sea Scrolls?

Yeah those scrolls are interesting man, and their existence only further solidifies the Bible as what it is. Nice find on the interview :win:

That's quite interesting. And I guess it supports the Bible's accuracy and truth.
Nice find :win:

No..those scrolls don't contradict the bible..as a matter of fact it has bible significance..the scrolls were dated far back before Christ and the reason most people believe is cuz as a result of it dated before Christ, there was a prophecy in the scroll about Christ...the scrolls don't involve new testament from what I read.
