It's just an idiotic idea of me, but what would some dead naruto characters react if they knew what happened after their death :
1) Hiruzen died and he was happy because he prevented Orochimaru from usin his hands, but alas he used them after that by transferring his soul into genimaru.
2) Dan saved Tsunade and his soul faded away, he saw at her like a beautiful 30 years old woman what would be his reaction when he meet her in the after life in her real old age (like an old hag)?
3) Itachi's soul faded away trusting Sasuke he said that he'll love him no matter what choice he makes ... but alas Sasuke imidiately revived Orochimaru?
How do you think Those characters will react to such situations?
