In terms of movies ... yes. Overall lmao Dark Knight is still the most successful superhero film in terms of money (if that's what u mean by success) so nah. Then we'd just include everything else including toys and DC is destroying.

I'm not sure marvel fans are even that competitive, it seems mostly that DC and their fans are the ones comparing and what not.

In the shows, video games, marvel is far more successful in terms of overall aspect everything else is subjective and comes down to whether you like this story or character more.
And playing off the films is silly considering that many of the followers from either side consider the films the pinnacle of their works every year or so when a new one or a few ones drop.

You think star wars movies (the new ones) has made star wars more successful than stark trek overall? No, BECAUSE like DC being already more popular than MARVEL and having the most iconic people it is more successful.

Yes, the movies are bad, but in anyday you put a cap, spiderman, or any solo against: batman, superman, wonderwoman, etc. It's gonna lose.

People forget spiderman was shet and so were the fantastic 4 (including new one) and a lot of the x men movies so DC isn't losing like you think they are.

You just taking the easy way out calling me biased when I've been a fan and knew this shet for years.. stay woke.

Film is so mainstream but in every aspect lmao. Comics is obviously where it starts so if you writing that off then there's no point in giving your opinion facts. Comics are the core. Also games, animation, characters, powers, enemies.. so much.

I wasn't writing the comics off so much as I was merely stating I have no knowledge of the comics (for either company) to give my opinions on who is better. The films I can argue for, as I'm a film buff and love film in general, but comics go way over my head. Would love to get into them, but as I said, I feel like if you didn't grow up with them or weren't introduced to the comic world early on then you're SOL

I'm a marvel fan, I like Dc too but I'm not a hardcore fan of it.
But I watch like Nolans trilogy religiously and I love Watchment, I enjoy watching dc movies, maybe even more so than marvel movies.
I like the games and the animation. I don't read much comics but they seem good especially the new rebirth.

Cus like some people like the Mel Gibson director choice and some don't. Like I don't understand what is popular and what isn't. And like I don't know if they like BvS or not etc.

I'm just saying I haven't met that many marvel fans but I know some DC fans that bash marvel as well I'm not saying it's wrong. Not at all. I don't want to seem disrespectful.

I think Bvs was a bit underwhelming and SS was a little messy, that's some criticism, I still think DC is doing things that Marvel doesn't and that's a good thing.

I mean I like DC too I'm just not cool enough lol, if it's only mcu vs dceu I think the dceu is great but im more of a fan of the mcu. But i can be critical about it. i dont want to be disrespectful i dont know what to say lol i cant figure it out.

I like both but I'm more of a Marvel fan, I don't have any arguments though, when people say marvel is for kids I kinda think about that. I respect peoples opinions.
