[Discussion] dbz; what kind of immortality would sheron of earth will grant?

i really bilieve that shenron of earth cant grant a real immortality because he just look weak compared to other dragons like from namek thats my reason, i saw some scenes from dbz that shenron was being scared to bills and it got me thinking just what kind of immortality he could give??

i bilieve he could give some real power boost but its probably on the same lvl as him (thats probably the earth shenron thinks of immortality) which means its far far far far far from bills. what do you guys think? can shenron really can give immortality?
