First- Broly could never blow up the universe. NEVER. He was said to have destroyed the galaxy, but that's a mistranlation, it was proven in many you tube videos, as well as the fact that they fight in the very galaxy that was claimed to be destroied.
Second- Buu never destroied a galaxy. It was anime only scenes. Filler is not a fact.

Third- Again, many assumptions. "Goku beats buu, buu galaxy buster, so goku universe buster". That's your logic, and it's flawed.
