They're both good, but their slightly different. IMO, I liked dragonball better than DBZ. DBZ became slightly boring after the Namek saga.

Currently I would say Bleach, mainly because I have seen every DB/DBZ/DBGT at least 2 times already. Bleach is great, and it's only getting better.
