Well I suppose it doesen't count for random DBZ "battle"...at a Naruto related forum :|
And you need a approved bio and jutsus to battle

yeah thats why i posted it in this section because i wanted naruto and DBZ cross breed battling.

Well this is a non combat zone as it says.

Why not make a bio and start the real training and later on march to battle ?
You can have a sayan bio but it just has to co-op with the Narutoverse.
Atleast I think it goes something like that. Anyway, you can see the rules and restrictions from the RP/Training/Arena sections.
