Like does the anime change anything from the manga drasticly?

DBZ:K is just the same thing as DBZ but with better pacing. Like you won't have 5 minutes of Goku charging up lol. I haven't read the manga so I'm not sure but knowing that it's animated by Toei, read the manga just to be on the safe side.
