no he didnt. not once did he ever say that. he didnt even IMPLY that. what he said was gohan was initially the lead but due to gohan hating to fight he was unsuitable as the main hero. they had to depower boo just to give goku a chance.

no he isnt. end of z goku kept training for 10 years and gohan retired. its obvious goku surpassed him. and where did toriyama say gt isnt canon? right he didnt. so how is it non canon?

Toriyama has also stated that Gohan is the strongest unfused character in DBZ and thus he's more powerful than Goku.

Mystic Gohan > Goku. Gohan was beating the crap out of Super Buu before he absorbed Gotenks. Gotenks is as strong as Super Buu and Goku said that Gotenks was stronger than him.

goku > ultimate gohan. goku trained non stop in order to make sure he couldnt lose to boo anymore. gohan retired and lounged around. its fair to say he caught back up to his son

Gohan is much stronger than Goku. Gohan stomped Super Buu while Goku was scared to fight him even when he had Vegeta with him.

After Cell saga, Gohan was originally intended to take over as chief protector of the Earth, but fans just didn't have enough Goku, so he was brought back. Also, they made Gohan look like an idiot in the Saiyaman Saga

you cant be a gohan fan if you said that. how disgraceful. not once did the fans have any control over the story. how dare you make shit up. and gohan in saiyaman arc is in character for gohan. hes goofy and socialy awkward just like his father. and he was free to do and say whatever he wanted behind a mask. just like spiderman in the new movie. peter was reserved and geeky. spiderman is flamboyant and kind of a smartass. fans had enough goku. toriyama simply decided gohan wasnt suitable.

If you honestly think Kid Buu is the strongest form and not Super Buu Gohan then I'm done here. Kid Buu seems stronger because he's more destructive and irrational, such as him destroying the Earth which almost any other Buu could have done.

Goku not even close. The whole Gohan beating Cell thing was lame plus he needed his dads help anyway. Goku will always be the strongest. He just wanted his son to pick up some of the slack and stop being such a pu**y

so gohan facing vegeta recoome and freeza all on his own and still holding them off qualified gohan as a puss? what in the world makes one brave in the case? goku stood no chance vs super boo or cell at the time.

I rarely like the main protagonists of mangas but I liked Goku a lot. Goku is the only idiot hero, aside from Luffy, that I like.

Mystic Gohan was a lot stronger than SSJ3 Goku, afaik. Every arc he received some stupid asspull from Toriyama and it was always his genes at work while Goku worked his ass off to get where he was.

I forgot already but did Goku say SSJ3 was his absolute peak or he could go further? Methinks, eventually Goku would have surpassed Mystic Gohan.
