Just for the sheer diversity and enormous range of characters from web-slinging superheroes to The One Above All- there's quite no topping it. DBZ doesn't even make the top 10 in strongest fictional verses.

Galactus, Beyonder, Thanos, Complete Gambit, Living Tribunal, Prime Thor, TOAA, Eternity are literally nigh omniscients and omniscients. DBZ (or anything really) cant contend with that. Hell even 17 year old kiddy avenger Wiccan can probably defeat Goku on a good day.
