DBZ revival of F, goku and vegeta equals

In the new dbz movie Revival of F, goku and vegeta will reach new lvls of power.

Both will experience the super saiyan god mode and their bodies will remember that power, allowing them to have it in their base mode.

In Revival of F, they will manage to become super saiyans in their god power mode, which will give them a blue aura and blue hair.
Both now have the same transformation, rather than the ssj2 vegeta and the ssj3 goku difference from the dbz series (where goku was a transformation higher in lvl and was stronger overall through the series).

Does anyone know if goku and vegeta will become equals now in the new movie, Revival of F?
From what I have read I know they will both surpass Bills the god of destruction.

In the new manga rebirth of frieza, Somehow frieza thinks a couple of months of training will allow him to surpass Goku.

Laughable thing is Gohan of all people said he couldn't defeat Frieza when frieza was in his Base form XDXDXD

If frieza does indeed surpass SJJ3 or Requires SSJ God to defeat i'm just going to facepalm
