Now after deciding to do more reasearch i was able to actually find out the exact power levels for the characters and how the exponentionally multiply. the link and the sources are all bellow in japanese though.
power level=PL
Normal Person- 5 PL (not including weapons, strength of flesh and blood)
first phase Goku-10 PL (bullets bounced off his head without any injury, probably because of his strong saiyan biological body)
Monkey kid Goku- 100 PL (Destructive power of a main gun of the battleship) i think there was DB Akira toriyama guide that even confirmed that!!!
Roshi (jackie chun)- 360 PL (MAX STATE 144PL kamehameha output)
King Piccolo- 650 PL (MAX POWER was able to leave a city with out a trace, comparable to a nuclear bomb)
Nappa- 4,000 PL ( was able to blow away a city with two fingertips, can obliterate entire continent if he wanted too)
Vegeta- 18,000 PL (small planet destruction level, he almost destroyed earth with his gallick gun multiplied by his whole body and soul
First Form Frieza-530,000 PL ( destroyed planet vegeta with one shot with his fingertips planet vegeta had gravity force of 10 times stronger than earths, that over 1200 times bigger in mass than earth.
Frieza 100% final form-120,000,000 PL (medium size planet destruction level, frieza supernova destroyed namek star while he was holding back still.
Goku SSJ1- 150,000,000 PL
Dabura- 400,000,000 - 600,000,000 PL (large planet buster although his combat power is only around 2 million pl)
Post Cell games Goku SSJ1- 60,000,000,000 PL (his simple kamehameha can destroy entire earth)
Brolly SSJ1- 70,000,000,000 PL ( can destroy entire galaxy parts but he lacks the destructive power to destroy entire galaxy all at once, also he can destroy a sun)
SSJ2 Teen Gohan- 150,000,000,000 PL ( Solar system buster)
Super Perfect Cell- 160,000,000,000 PL (Solar system buster, also being able to change his PL by powering up his Ki to make him more durable and reduce the extent of damage he takes)
Goku SSJ3- 1,200,000,000,000 PL ( his wave of energy alone was extending beyond time and space and entering every boundary and dimension from the earth)
Majin Buu FAT- 1,200,000,000,000 PL ( earth was breakingt apart from his casual energy spheres
Buu evil-36,000,000,000,000 PL ( created a hole in time in space, and can open doors into other dimension
Gotenks SSJ3- 44,000,000,000,000 PL (was able to escape from reality space)
Buuhan claimed to be omnipotent- 192,000,000,000,000 PL ( created a collision collapse in a universe by causing entire multiverse to open up)
Omega Shenron- 100 Quintilian PL ( can collapse/destroy entire universe and super cluster of galaxies)
