Databook The Fourth

For some time now I was thinking about the new naruto databook. There hasn't been a date issued for it as yet but I am suspecting that it will be issued after the fourth shinobi world war arc.

Anyways I am sharing my ideas on what I think the new data book stats will be like. I will share my predictions of some of the more known characters in the series (if there is anyone that I'd have left out that you think should be in there tell me). I won't be predicting edo- characters since all of their stamina's would be 5 and basically incorrect ( yes no madara prediction lol).

You can also list your predictions and can state your reasons if you want

I'll state what the predicted stat would be and put in brackets how much it would have moved by (eg. ninjutsu: 4.5 (+3))

Obito's stats were extremely hard to make, he's really OP lol
I will be updating this with other characters in the future, this is just a small amount of them

Kabuto's stats are like this because I made them after Orochimaru extracted his powers out of his system, but still I boosted him, knowing that most likely he would have gottten more powerful from just using those powers

Ino's stamina should be much higher than Choji's. Plus how could Neji have a 4th databook when he is dead?

Obito at near 40.. First, not really. Second, he's a 5 in taijutsu, a 3.5 or 4 in genjutsu at much.

And you severely underestimate many characters. Danzo needs 34.5 to 35.

I don't see his intelligence comparable to Kakashi or Itachi (holders of 5 in that field)
