The real question is; Is she blowing away dark matter too? Because, that's technically a major chunk of the Universe but she shouldn't be able to cause a reaction to both matter and dark matter at the same time.
Why not? The difference between the two is that dark matter doesn't emit or reflect light but they can interact with each other hence why their gravitational fields can be determined through their impact on real matter.
Creation is just that creation. The universe contains all sorts of objects which include all creation.
Because dark matter generally isn't effected by regular matter. The entire concept of Dark Matter was this, and that the only way it can make contact is through the natural gravity everything generates.
