4.5 is still a really good score though. he has like 3 techniques and 2 modes, and then plenty of variations. i gave him 4.5 because all his techs are either a or s rank, but he's not on a par with jiraiya,kakashi,pein,oro or sarutobi in this regard imo. he still doesn't have a second element.

and yeah oonoki would be a real beast in prime just like sarutobi. hiruzen had a 34 score with only age-related low scores, the rest was maxed out, and people think he wasn't a big deal in his prime :S

Ninjutsu isn't only about how many use can use; it's also about how well you employ them in battle. Naruto is one of the best as far as using his rasengan and variations.
