I'd only change two things for Naruto's stats: 4.5 for taijutsu(he's better now but I just don't see him on par with people like Gai or Lee in taijutsu, meaning the amount of powerful techniques they can preform)

Also change intelligence to 4...Naruto's preceptive and he'll think of shit you wouldn't expect from him, but let's not jump the gun here, he's still pretty oblivious to obvious things (unrelated to battles) and he just doesn't seem like that guy you'd but in the higher ranks of intellxd

Being able to use your jutsu to its fullest ability is VERY smart. Plus, he's come up with many other strategies. Sure, he's not the most booksmart person, but he's demonstrated ample intelligence in battle.
