I thought that was just tailed beast chakra molded in human form? and no the databook stopped doing info before the vote 2 fight. cos i dont remember ashura avatar or BPS being in there.

This basically, Sasuke used advanced version of Yin release to shape chakra like Hagoromo did when he made the bijuu.

Well he most likely made the tailed beasts chakra into lightning and stored it inside his PS. The PS in general we saw him use in Boruto movie.

The databook only covers up to 691. I always thought it was a poor trade off, sacrificing so much of the defensive structure just so it could hold chakra for one attack.

It put him on the back foot when it came to the final part of the battle, where he could've been less injured.

No, this Susanoo requires a Rinnegan to use it.
