when was Obito directly stated to be stronger? Was it when Hashirama admitted inferiority or when the manga said the most "dangerous" when Obito destroyed the Hashirama and Tobirama clones.

This is what I have heard as well.
I heard that Kaguya was only brought into the picture because Kishi made Madara too strong and that was the only way he could convincingly write out Madara.

He's right, though... Madara didn't give a sh*t about that attack. Not the first or even tenth time Madara took damage just because he knew he could. He even explained that tendency to Kabuto and Black Zetsu. Sasuke's feat wasn't impressive at all except to wankers who use it as "manga facts" to supposedly prove this "amazing" blitz. Not really any more impressive than when Gaara landed his sand technique on Madara (who could have blocked it with Susano'o), or when Lee kicked Madara in half, or when Obito waltzed up and stuck his hand in Madara's stomach, or when Madara let his own meteor pulverize him, etc. Literally the only difference is that it's Sasuke's feat, and Sasuke has an ultra-toxic fanbase who desperately cling to every pathetic panel they can get their grubby, cheeto-encrusted fingers on.

Whether he gave a shit about it or not is irrelevant. It's whether he got intercepted or not is what is relevant. Madara's own claim disagrees with anyone completely. Flip-flopping and molding clear-cut evidences aren't facts; it's called grasping for straws. So, no, he's trying to be cleverly incorrect. But, he is legitimately failing on that front as well.

Madara IS the strongest Uchiha. Unless the 4th data book covers adult Sasuke, I'm assuming that this "is" references too the core cannon material(chapters 1-700) where Sasuke would still be 17 and new to his Rinnegan.

Now if the databook includes any character abilities and stats after chapter 700, then the strongest Uchiha would be Sasuke.

This is the problem with most of the people on this site. People love to add their own spin to statements when it doesn't cater to their beliefs.

Madara is the strongest Uchiha according to the author.
It's weird how people actually believe that Sasuke would defeat Madara if the 2 were to actually fight in the manga.

Also, I'm not sure how you got the idea that Sasuke alone spurred Madara to get his other Rinnegan.

Or how kishi said in an interview that madara was the strongest and he was having trouble thinking of a way for the heroes to beat him.

A few months later he has kaguya do the job instead.

Your ignorance is amusing, but you're absolutely wrong. The flames are potent enough to do it on its own lonesome.

Your argument has already been addressed. Sasuke not having the feats to do it doesn't suggest he can't. Majority of his feats involves him compressing his Katon to the absolute limit to create more potent flames as a result. Why do you think Madara's and Obito's Juubi Sized Katon did nothing against the Shinobi Alliance? Because increasing the scale of the jutsu merely disperses the flames over a larger distance and makes them much weaker as a result. As I've stated before, Sasuke can accomplish Madara's feats through logical power scaling. All your argument is based on is the fact that Sasuke's feats don't stack up to Madara's due to his Katon encompassing a much smaller scale when that's not even a valid argument to begin with considering compression can compensate for a lack of scope of the technique.

Through logical power scaling, we can determine many things even if character's don't have the feats to suggest it and everything points towards Sasuke being capable of replicating Madara's feats. This is why P1 Hiruzen's flames are much stronger than P1 Sasuke's despite encompassing a smaller scale because of logical power scaling and the fact that character's are capable of compressing the flames depending on how they manipulate their chakra. This is common sense and I can't believe you're struggling to grasp such a basic concept.

You can cry all you want, but I'll accept this as a concession and move on.

Chakra can be stronger and still be just as useful if managed right compared to someone with large chakra pools with less notable stronger chakra.

Madara can make a large fire ball because he used the appropriate amount of chakra.
The scale of the technique is blatantly showcased in the name lol
