According t the 4th data book hashirama has all five chakra natures and yang chakra.... So does madara has all five plus yin, orochimaru and pein, sasuke has yin chakra not yang.

TOBIRAMA HAS ALL 5 CHAKRA NATURES AND YIN PLUS YANG
Minato Fire, wind, and lightning yin and yang
Tsunade has all chakra natures except wind and yin
ItachI has the fire wind and water chakra natures

I have seen fodders spew out better suiton than Tobirama, to be honest. Too little too late for Tobirama.

Kishimoto just gave everyone all elements and yin/yang.

Orochimaru, obviously, has every Element including Yin and Yang.
Kabuto has, I think, Water, Earth, and Wind.
Danzō has, I think, Wind, Fire and Earth. And I think both Yin and Yang due to Izanagi.

Those are the ones I care about.

Every Hokage has fire elements, including Danzo, Naruto and Kakashi. All the Sannin, every uchiha and Sarutobi (even Konohmaru). Even Iruka has fire.
