What I mean is on top 10s and battle threads people are saying that Orochimaru has all these techs (from other people) but people like Madara's powers arent counted because they from other people.

Yes that is what I am saying. People like to pick and choose when borrowed power is considered. Mostly it is if it is their favorite character.

What techs from other people ? He used HIS jutsu to get that zetsu body. He used HIS SKILLS to master edo tensei. He used HIS KNOWLEDGE to modify his body and suit HIS FIGHTING STYLE

The key difference between Orochimaru and Edo Madara most people usually argue would be the fact that... Orochimaru isn't a "Zombie" so to speak.

Kabuto is a prime example. People like to take away his Edo Tensei on lists, but that is his power.
