Jugram must be the balance, he must have the power to balance his opponent's strength and his strength however the scales are always tipped in his favor. Just like he did to "The iron" when he said "do you feel the scales tipping" and cut him despite him being impregnable or seemingly. Jugram pulled a Madara, Bazz-B wasn't letting down so Haschwalth had to solo him neg diff. Didn't even need his full Quincy powers just pure solo slash.
But has health is confirmed to be like Yhwavh, apperently he can give but unlike Yhwach via auswhalen he can't take away but I think his letter compensates for that as he can easily weaken his opponents.
