Itachi forcibly awakened Sasuke's sharingan & it was also ****ed up becuase he was repeatedly mentally sodomized in tsukiyomi and i think it resulted in 2T or 1 1/2 given the mental massacre he suffered lol

something akin to Gohan turning SSJ2 training with Goku but we dont see it "stabilised" until cell does what he does.
