Will naruto ever grow up? Sometimes i feel like i cannot understand his character. Sasuke is really trying to kill him, he's even telling naruto to grow up and start attacking as well but no, he wants to talk no jutsu Sasuke.

Not everything can be resolved with just words (we wish we do, wars all the time).

If SASUKE indeed falls for the TNJ then i'ma just laugh and move on.

You need to understand that this is the guy who forgave the individual who killed his parents and other innocents, indirectly caused the uchiha massacre to occur(took part in it as well) which caused his best friend to go rouge, dragged the entire shinobi world into war etc So it's not surprising that he's going to TNJ sasuke.
