DA's Simple Tier List

I have a few changes that I've made to my DA tier list. Though I wanted to do a very simple one this time around, since most people aren't found of 4 or 5 different versions or highly specific standards of how each character goes into each tier. This one will be simple and here's the rules.

It gets hard to break the mold on a list you've been updating since 2009 as well.

Rules:

- Multiple versions but will be ones with enough feats or were featured in the manga for a decent amount of time. Or have enough implications to where a reader that isn't well versed in debating could tell that there would be a difference. I'll use simple names to avoid confusion on which character is which as well

- Featless characters won't be in this one unless they have some direct hype

- No "What If" characters. (I.E: Healthy Mortal Itachi, Double Rinnegan mortal Madara, Healthy Kimmimaro). Only forms actually shown in the manga are allowed.

- Based mainly on Part 2 of the manga. No Gaiden or The Last versions yet.

- I won't bother with extended power in this one. So I'm not counting Oro/Kabuto summoning Edo's or Obito using Jins.

- The margin for being in the same tier with someone else has gotten smaller in this list. Im being much more general than trying to seek out the slightest difference in power. If they're in the same tier, then they should be able to fight on generally equal terms without one obviously overpowering the other if they fought in a story situation. (this doesn't mean someone in a lower tier can't beat someone in a higher tier, compare my Guy rankings)

*Note: Generally excepted that Madara and Hagoromo are a bit stronger than these two. Though as KG explained this perfectly imo. Madara is on Hago's level while these versions of Naruto and Sasuke are around his level

Tier 2:

Tier 1 is a bit wrong. Double rinnegan Madara and Hagoromo are vastly superior to Naruto and Sasuke individually

And tier 4, Vote Hashirama is still a level above Naruto and Sasuke in there and same for VOTE Madara.

--Killer bee should move down, he is not a tier above nagato, nagato beats him, and overall he is definitely superior,
hell even Edo Itachi has the potential to beat bee, and he is 2 tiers below him in this list,
not seeing what the hachibi has on PS either to be on the same tier as Sasuke

--JJ hagoromo is well above the likes of madara and his non jin halves (madara was approaching non jin hagos level)

--move MS Obito down a tier, in no way shape or form is he an entire tier above Tobirama, Minato and Edo Itachi

--i dont consider BM Minato to be a tier above Edo Madara, he doesnt have much on VOTE hashirama and madara either

--deidara, sasori, kakuzu and hiruzen need to move down, in no way are they in the same tiier as the uchiha bros. Muu or Third Raikage, these guys got taken out by the likes of early part 2 sakura, base naruto and hebi sasuke, they arent anywhere near the level of most of the people in their tier

--apart from that, its not a bad list

And people wonder why I say this dude Bee is overrated as shit. He has no business being above those placed in Tier 7. Then we have the fact that everybody in Tier 8 can arguably beat him or at the very least make it a high-diff fight... but somehow he's 2 tiers above them.

1) Why is VoTE Madara above Edo Madara? Do you also count Kurama towards his power?

2) There is absolutely no way Bee is in Tier 6. Even 8 is more realistic than 6. EMS Sasuke would stomp him, most of Tier 7 beat him and some from Tier 8 can push him to high difficulty. Overrated, in a word.

3) Alive Minato is not the top of his tie. Tier 9 can also easily be split into another one, but whatever.

4) Maybe add Konan to Tier 10?

Killer B can't hang with EMS Sasuke w/ PS any day of the week. He has no business being in that tier. He needs to move down at least one tier.

Sasori, Kakuzu and Deidara are definitely not a tier above the likes of Sakura and Tsunade, nor do they belong in the same tier as people like MS Sasuke, Itachi, and the 3rd Ay.

SM Naruto needs to go down a tier.

Maybe KCM Naruto and Kabuto need their own tier below Nagato and Obito, but above the rest? Both would beat Kabuto and Naruto individually, and it doesn't go to high difficulty.

He is not blitzing the Hiraishin duo, not by any stretch of the imagination, not when Tobirama can react to someone like Juubito, and Minato is just as fast as Tobirama at the very least. As long as Itachi can get Susanoo up before Gai enters the 7th Gate, any blitz attempt is pointless.

How does Obito go into Tier 5.5? Do you think that he has Bijuu here? Cause that's the only way he'd ever get into a tier above EMS Sasuke.

JJ Hagoromo isn't listed here. Only Hagoromo w/o the Juubi is.

That's not MS Obito. That's Rinnegan Obito, as it states. Gedo Mazo puts him a tier above those 3, cause he'd wreck them when he uses it. MS Obito would be on their tier, if he were listed.
