I did an updated version of my final Tier List, which quite a few changes. This really is my final rankings for Naruto go ahead and share yours. Time to start on those OP and Bleach Tier lists

Guidelines used for this thread:

- Hamura, Ashura, and Indra were all placed as pure guesses. Feel disagree but its there's little to go on for them, so I just scaled them to Naruto and Sasuke (although without some of the abilities they have that Ashura and Indra couldn't have had)

- Characters are placed based on overall strength, just because one character is higher doesn't mean that the lower rank character can't beat the higher one. This is largely due to match-up (see Deidara and Sasori's placements)

- Jinchuriki's are guesses for the most part, considered V2 their peak for Mortal forms.

Things I disagree with

-Eight Gates Guy being in Tier 8, He should move up atleast Three Tiers
-Asura and Indra being in the same tier as Rinnegan Sasuke when they should hypothetically be a Tier or two Below him
-Dual Rinnegan Rikudō Madara should move down a Tier
-Rikudō Sage Mode Naruto should move up a tier.
-Hashirama and EMS Madara with Kyuubi should move up a tier
-Rinne-Tensei Madara should move up a Tier

i dont understand some of the placements in yur list.

--Why is ashura an entire tier above indra (who is pretty much on par with him) and Rikudo Sasuke (who is well above indra)?
so Rikudo Sasuke should be swapped with Ashura

--Dual Rinnegan Madara and Hamura are NOT in the same tier as Hagoromo (im assuming that its JJ), not when Non Jin Hagroomo is on par with Hamura,
so I would put JJ hagoromo on a tier of his own
and I would put Hamura and Madara with Rikudo Naruto and Sasuke w/Bijuus

--VOTE madara and Hashirama should be on the same tier as BM Minato and BSM naruto, not seeing how theres an entire tier difference between the two, so i would bring minato and naruto a tier down, and have a single tier designated as:

people such as BM Naruto, Rinnegan Tobi and Edo madara, and the rest should be on the tier below the ones listed above

- Rinnegan/MS Obito goes down one tier
- Ashura and Indra get demoted below Rikudo Naruto/Sasuke but above Rikudo Sage Mode Naruto and Single Rinnegan JJ Madara​

Both Ashura and Indra should be stronger than Kaguya battle Sasuke and Naruto.
They had the undulated form of Hagoromo's blood and Chakra's along with the Chakra of the Ten Tails (reason why Ashura had his own special mode that looked like a BM chakra mode).
Naruto never did manage to unlock the Battle Avatar form of the Senjutsu of Six Paths (merely reused his BM avatar, a strange looking one created from clones however).
Indra's Sharingan, it appears was always in an 'Eternal' state, which means its should be greater than the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
Basically a Rinnegan missing its Yang half.

I think it should be.

Kaguya and Jin Hagoromo (With Both Seals).
Hagoromo (With both seals but not a Jin).
Hamura with his Yang seal, and Hagoromo with only Yang Seal.
Indra and Ashura.
Naruto.
Sasuke.
Juubidara.

Its hard to gauge VOTE Naruto and Sasuke, so I'll ignore that version of them.

Gai should be higher, he's stronger than Juubito and was stronger than One Eye'd Juubidara (though weaker than both Naruto and Sasuke).
Unlike with Naruto and Sasuke, Indra and Ashura were literately equals, it makes sense when you realise that they were the literal halves of Hagoromo.
