OT: It's your opinion but this list has too many flaws.

- Gai(with the 8gates) below BM Naruto and some others?
- Why is Sasuke not in tier 2? Just because they are stronger than him doesn't mean he isn't in the same tier.
- Minato above Madara that's capable of using Limbo?
- War arc Kankuro above Akatsuki Sasuke, Neji and Lee?
- 3rd exam Naruto above SRA Lee? Lol I'll love an explanation. Someone who couldn't land a single hit on base Kimmi in his KN0 while SRA Lee forced him to use his KKG.

Kankuro is more better than Neji and Lee because he is a general in 4th war and he defeated opponent more powerful than Neji and Lee (Sasori and Deidara with some help) Neji and Lee are too featless

I read first four tears and there is many forms of characters... Major tier I disagree is Sasuke not being same tier as Naruto. It's by all I read absurd, the really huge point of series is portraying them as equal, yin/yang,....

I also read last tier and see Mizuki with Konohamaru part 1....

So Neji has byakugan and he tie with Kidomaru and Kankuro is more powerful than Kidomaru is true that Neji can see the puppet but can he stop the Sasori puppet i don't think he stop the flamethrower or Salamander or Triangle Mechanic +Kankuro can poison him while spamming with Flamethrower about Lee Kankuro wins since Lee is just close combat and Kankuro is med-long range he can spamm poison to stop him

Nothing Sasuke did to him damaged him in any meaningful way, which is due to the fact that he's immortal. Sasuke literally can't beat him without Naruto's Yang Seal.

A Bijudama that rips Continents apart is more than enough to take down Sasuke as well. Not to mention that Madara was still nerfed from not having his Gudou Dama.​

3- How is early war arc Naruto above Obito without Bijuu? Naruto cannot even counter kamui nor can he do anything to Gedo Mazo. Same goes for Killer bee and Nagato.

That same Gedo Mazo was being slapped around by KCM Naruto and BM Killer Bee with just Taijutsu

Kamui is easily dealt with Kage Bunshin feints and Shunshin, neither of which were possible in the manga when they fought.​

I've been saying that Naruto loses to Single Rinnegan Shinju Madara this whole time, they both lose to him. Its not just because of the seal either, that just makes it impossible for either of them to win alone.​

If he's using PS alone then Madara use his own to stall. He just has to keep Sasuke out of range of a Rinnegan Transfer. Also, If Sasuke is in the middle of a cool down on his S/T then he really doesn't have a way to get near the tree.

The meteor was already cut in pieces by the time the BDFRS exploded.

The Rinnegan was never implied to have had anything to do with his regeneration, nor would it have any logical reason too.

Then why didn't he regenerate while talking to Obito ? Instead, only his upper half was there with no signs of regeneration.

The Rinnegan has nothing to do with his regeneration as well considering he was doing so before getting his second eye back against Gai.
