Please note; The way this list places characters is on their overall value. Meaning that a character that would normally lose against a character that they're place above is there because they're deadlier against stronger characters than the other. This is due to the fact that Match-ups play a big part in Naruto's vs metagame.

Also note, that the Jinchuriki's in their individual ranking is their alive form and have been considered as only being able to go what would have been considered V2 in their Edo Tensei state.

This is also "In-Character" meaning that a character like 3rd Exam Gaara wouldn't use Tanuki Neiri no Jutsu right off the bat.

Juubi Jin Rankings of Madara were also considered to have a full set of Godou Dama

Good list. I only skimmed it briefly, and I only differ in opinion on four minor things

-I think Mu should be Tier 11 and not Tier 12
-SRA Gaara should be in Tier 15 and not Tier 16
-Mei should be in Tier 13 and not 14. As of now she's below Hebi Sasuke, Kimimaro, and Tsunade when she's easily at their level or above.
-Sasori should be in Tier 12, not 13

Why is Karin below the likes of Part I characters when she has shown Uzumaki chains capable of damaging a miniature Shinsusenju and possesses Byakugo level regenerative capabilities?

Why is 8th Gate Gai below the likes of Hashirama when a much stronger version of Madara stated that Gai's combat prowess gave him a high similar to what Hashirama accomplished against a much weaker version of himself (EMS Madara)?

It is not a bad list, but in my honest opinion having too many characters on your tier list and 20+ different tiers weakens its focus and makes you lose track of things. Having too many versions of the same character can also have a similar effect of diluting focus.

i like it, except 8th gate gai should be in the same tier as single rennigan madara. even with all gudo dama, gai would still give him a good fight.

I never saw the entire thing, but Rikudo Sasuke should be with Naruto.

SM Madara should be in the same tier as DSM Kabuto and War arc Orochimaru.


BSM Naruto, and BM Naruto should be in the same tier. The SM seemed to only make it so he could damage Juubito.

So Sasuke isnt in the same tier as Naruto huh and thats when i stoped taking your list serious also Sasuke beat the shit out of 1 rinnegan madara yet he is a tier above Sasuke.

Then you put BSM Naruto a tier above Hashirama who can defeat BM Minato & BSM naruto at the same time another big fail for you aslo you put them above EMS Madara with kurama then you put SM rinnegan Madara and the same tier as BSM naruto when he owned Naruto alongside 7 other tailed beast and Killerbee with no problem clearly fanboying for nardo.


also you ranked xurrent Kakashi far below any of those tiers even below alive minato ms and sm naruto & sasuke's tier. then you ranked Hebi sasuke below deidara when he already defeated deidara in canon also Kimmimaro's in that tier two when he was getting owned by part 1 lee in taijutsu who havent been able to walk properly for months Hebi sasuke runs laps around part 1 lee (No Gates) and kimmimaro has 0 counters for genjutsu he simply gets stomped by Hebi sasuke. And you put Tsunade in the tier but not sakura.


You ranked choji way to low his giant butterfly mode surely stomps 7 gates gai is about 3-4 tiers above him. And Hidan is ranked below part 1 Sasuke when he pushed shippuden Kakashi's limits with his taijutsu and speed he would smack part 1 Sasuke.

Then you put Sasuke in the black from part 1 in the same tier as Haku when with 1 tomoe sharingan he was able to catch haku would have won if he wasit trying to save naruto. he got experienced with his 2 tomoe later goy owned by lee then got stronger when fought orochimaru then got the curse mark yet you put Sasuke in the black who is stronger than all those versions of His previous self in the same class as Haku not even close.

There are some serious 'wtf' placements. For example, Kimimaro on the same tier as Sasuke, Sasori and Tsunade, Neji and Lee on the same tier as Hiruzen, etc. Overall it is a nice effort, but meh... I disagree with nearly everything.

Honestlly this list has alot of flaws, and they are as follows:

1. Rinne Tensei (RT) Madara canonicallly defeated BSM naruto alongside 8 other bijuu, yet he is below BSM Naruto??? or him being even in the same tier is just wrong,

2. 8th gate guy below BSM Naruto and BM Minato yet he pushed Juubi jin madara to absolute limits, he is way too low

3. EMS Madaara with kyuubi being above SM hashirama yet he canonically lost to hashirama, whilst EMS Madara with the full kyuubi being a whole tier below BSM Naruto and BM Minato, is just wrong

4. BM Naruto being above Edo Madara yet Madara himself stated that he was going easy on him, and was also fighting killer bee alongside naruto,

5. BM Minato being above Rinnegan Madara is just wrong, and BM Minato being a whole tier above Hashirama who beats him, is also very wrong,

6. Third Raikage being below Kakuzu yet the latter cant even hurt him and is getting annihilated by his helll stabs, they are no way in hell in the same tier,

7. Gaara being a whole tier above any version of Tobi is also very wrong

OT: It's your opinion but this list has too many flaws.

- Gai(with the 8gates) below BM Naruto and some others?
- Why is Sasuke not in tier 2? Just because they are stronger than him doesn't mean he isn't in the same tier.
- Minato above Madara that's capable of using Limbo?
- War arc Kankuro above Akatsuki Sasuke, Neji and Lee?
- 3rd exam Naruto above SRA Lee? Lol I'll love an explanation. Someone who couldn't land a single hit on base Kimmi in his KN0 while SRA Lee forced him to use his KKG.

Terrible list flaws up the ass.

1-Sasuke was handling Shinju absorbed Madara with ease he cannonly doesn't have any techs that can defeat Sasuke as well. Naruto is stronger but not in an entire tier list stronger.

2-Senin Madara shits on BM Naruto how why are they even in the same tier?

3- How is early war arc Naruto above Obito without Bijuu? Naruto cannot even counter kamui nor can he do anything to Gedo Mazo. Same goes for Killer bee and Nagato.

um, sure NAruto only beats gaara with bunta. That still means Naruto > Sasuke as bunta is naruto's summon and part of his arsenal.

Not only that, but even if Naruto didn't have bunta, he still crushed a more advanced form of gaara that Sasuke couldn't beat. So anyway you look at it, Naruto > Sasuke.

again, sure Sasuke is superior in CQC if ninjutsu is restricted. Why does that mean he beats Naruto? Naruto uses tajuu kagebunshin and sasuke gets his arse kicked in CQC, he has to run away and waste chakra on a widespread katon and hope naruto's clones don't try to dodge. Naruto doesn't need rasengan to counter sasuke's chidori, he just makes a bunch of shadow clones and sasuke wastes it on a clone and gets countered right after.

Then there's Naruto's KN0 which instantly heals even a CS1 chidori wound, and would give naruto the speed and strength to wreck sasuke.

I'm just telling you why he listed Naruto and Madara how he listed them, even though Madara already canonically beat him. Ask OP why he put them in the same tier. I'd personally put him above Naruto either way.

Though there are some more things people noted, that are how they are because of how he listed them. I'll use yours as an example.

-Rinnegan Obito below Naruto. Pit them both against someone like Hashirama, Naruto stands the better chance because of his firepower, durability and speed. Obito stands no chance. Pit them against EMS Madara without Kurama, again, Naruto is more deadly to Madara. Obito can't actively beat Madara, he can only wait till he's too tired to maintain a high enough level of Susanoo and then warp him away.

Ill respond to all the rest later; Though to all the people saying that Hachimon Gai should be in the same Tier as Incomple JJ Madara. You seem to have forgotten that Madara would have killed him before Gai ever did any real damage to him, Minato is what saved Gai from the Gudo Dama.
