How much is stronger than regular one . Was it ever said or do we have some feats to compare them ?

It has a higher potency than Lightning Release - Kakashi's Purple Lightning can be compared to it in that regard. It is similar to Amaterasu being the highest level of fire.

Probably based off of wavelenght/frequency. Would explain the different verison of lighting from close to range: from precision to wild

It was never really specified. Anything anybody says is pure speculation since kishi himself never went into detail about its advantages over regular lightning. A black lightning shroud would definitely be dope tho.

Black raiton is yin + natural energy + Lightning. Sasuke's chidori became black, when imbued jugo mode or rikudou mode.
