What is Darui's black lighting?is it sage chakra or is it a elemental combination like water and lightning is it storm release?Or just strong chakrai

It's a special type of lightning so most likely it is just very strong chakra; don't think it's storm release though, just raiton. For some reason though it isn't much stronger then regular lighting from what I have observed, just different in color.

This. From what was shown black lightning was just introduced hype the 3rd Raikage and when Darui used it it was no different than regular raton except with shape manipulation.
