Darui's Rules and Regulations
- You can choose only 3 of the basic 5 elements to compete with
- KGs (Sharingan, Byakugan), KKGs (Dust, Lava, etc.) Custom/Canon Clan jutsu are disallowed
- Only A Ranks and below jutsu are usable
- Genjutsu and Fuuinjutsu are forbidden, Ninjutsu(Including Medical), Kenjutsu, and Taijutsu (Not Including EIG)are usable
- Customs are allowed in agreement with the above rules
- Each round lasts a week, meaning from the time the thread is started, 1 week later it will be ended and checked by a sensei or myself and a winner will be picked.
- I won't do any checks unless it's for the winner, so decide among yourselves the outcome, although I will take in mistakes whenever I decide a winner.

*Special Round Stipulations: Every 3rd turn elements above B Rank are unusable.

After having met the opponent, Obito grinned, hidden beneath the mask of course. It seemed to be fate that matched him up with a Jinchuuriki, the type that the organization searched for. "Your Bijuu is mine," Obito arrogantly announced as he formed a single hand seal. The ground beneath you rumbled and multiple sections of rocks arose, positioning around you in such a way that movement was impossible, while leaving a slight opening large enough for certain attacks.

Description: After performing the Rat hand seal, the user to control multiple sections of rock and move them around their opponent. The user then forms two gigantic sections that crush the opponent.

Obito transitioned to another hand seal. Through his mastery over the Fire element, Obito releases a super heated stream of ash from his mouth. It, despite appearing to be a simple cloud of smoke, held the properties of fire that upon contact, will cause third-degree burns. The stream of superheated ash entered the slight opening, which if left undefended, should easily cause irreversible damage to B's skin. As it does so, Obito clicks his teeth, igniting the flames and activating a violent explosion.

He takes out two kunai's. One, he launches, aimed towards B's neck, while the other remained around a finger.
"Let's hope you put up a fight, Jinchuuriki."

The Masked Man that stood before B was definitely apart of the rouge ninja group Akatsuki based on the red cloud patterns displayed across his cloak. However this guy was surely going to get a taste of what it meant to be the hunted rather then the hunter. "You obviously got a screw or something loose ya fool..." B replied as he studied his opponent as Obito formed a single handseal before large sections of bedrock began rise from the ground closely surrounding B. With not much room to maneuver, B reacted to the attack quickly as he channeled his lightning chakra into his hand as he slammed it to the ground. This allowed the lightning to spread around B protecting him as it easily destroyed the bedrock while it continued on through the ground towards Obito.

Damage Points: N/A (+10 if used to boost weapon damage)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Since his opponent had transitioned to his next handseal, and was already spewing a cloud of ash he would realize too late he had underestimated his opponent as the Lightning from Nagashi reached him. The lightning would find it's home in its opponent's legs and causing a nasty shock that would serve to paralyze and numb Obito's body. The shock would serve to interrupt Obito's Ash Pile Burning while leaving him unable to move a single muscle as the technique was prematurely ended. Of course the already released ash was still capable of burning B as he could feel the heat emanating from it as it neared him.

After slamming his hand to the ground and destroying the rocks, B quickly created the Tiger Seal as he stood back up while gathering chakra in his mouth. Within moments a large spiraling water shot, that was sent directly into the ash cloud stifling it. As it continued on, it would collide directly with the paralyzed Obito sweeping him off his feet due to the force of the impact as it sent him flying back a few feet certainly breaking a few of his opponent's ribs and leaving him along with a huge area soaked.

Suiton: Teppoudama) - Water Release: Gunshot

Description: The user will do the Tiger handseal and will gather water in his mouth and then spits out either a single very large sphere of rotating water that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked or a series of up to 5 smaller yet faster bullets. The power of the technique depends on how much chakra the user inputs into it.

With another handseal, four large pillars surround Obito as they began discharging large amounts of lightning that serve to provide a even nastier shock to the the already paralyzed opponent. While also closing him with the technique and certainly shocking him to a point his heart would fail from the sheer amount of shock.

Description: After the user performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals, he releases his lightning chakra into the ground, using it to forcefully shape the earth into 4 big pillars (proportionate to the target area) around the target. Once they rise, they unleash a barrage of lightning bolts, currents and shocks to whatever is inside, paralyzing, shocking and damaging the target from all around.

Unimpressed by the man's defense, Obito easily countered by whipping out a sword and releasing wind based chakra, in the form of a large gust of wind. This accumulated onto the sword and was released simultaneously downwards, sweeping through the earth in front of the creator, while covering a fairly wide range. It neutralized the advance of the lightning technique while counteracting itself in the process.
Noticing the enemy weave another handseal, and shortly after, release a mass of water, Obito quickly performed three hand seals and erected a wall of earth before him. This collapsed forwards, towards the enemy as quickly as it appeared, creating a massive mudslide that quickly approached the enemy. Of course, the mud would engulf the enemy's sphere of water, preventing it from continuing alltogether as the threat of the mudslight became imminent.

Obito begins to run at a wide arc to his left after the landslide occurs.
(Fūton: Senmōfū) - Wind Release: Rotating Ferocious Wind

So you do know by the time you complete the seals for your Earth technique, I would have already completed the 4-pillar bind technique right? It takes me a single handseal to complete Lightning jutsu... lol. Since you never stated how you counteracted the pillars I will assume they are formed unopposed while you create your handseals.

His opponent, was quick on his feet when it came to defense, but Killer B had already planned around that. As the wall of Earth rose in defense against the Water Gunshot technique, B's Four Pillar Bind technique has already rose around his opponent thanks to B's affinity for the Lightning Release. So as the wall began to fall forward it would collide with a wall of Lightning that had been created by the pillars that completely encased Obito. The paralyzing electricity didn't lose any strength as the pillars stood strong, and thus proceeded to generate high amounts of damage against the unsuspecting opponent.

This was B's chance to finish the fight...

Stomping the ground, a tunnel was created before B which he began to unleash a substantial amount of his fire chakra into. The debris carried by the high temperature fire turned the inside of the tunnel molten and traveled beneath the lightning pillars directly under the Masked Man. With a single handseal the tunnel erupted in a brilliant display of fireworks, molten rock bursting from the ground surely catching Obito's clothing on fire and blowing him to kingdom come....

Description: The user first stomps on the ground, using his fire chakra and making an underground tunnel from between themselves and the opponent. They then breathe out fire into the tunnel, causing the fire carry rock and other debris with it as it travels, melting them. With a single hand seal, the molten rock debris will erupt from the ground underneath the opponent, engulfing them and burning them alive.
