I read the damn manga. Okay Gaara interfered same difference, but Muu could've easily used his body splitting and then jinton to wreck A. Don't even try to say A is stronger.

Personally, a man who can't even control himself isn't suited to lead anything. As I said he's strong, but he's very reckless. I wouldn't want a man risking the whole village's safety just because he's super mad at the enemy.

Oh and about your point saying there weren't any akatsuki members under the 4th's reign is simply foolish. It's not like Onoki told Deidara "You know Deidara, you should become an S-ranked criminal and bomb villlages."

that Darui and all the other allied shinobi force members will gain the ability to use a permanent Kyubbi chakra cloak that automatically regenerates itself over time. This will allow Darui, in particular, to become more faster and gain higher chakra reserves. Darui's chakra reserves are already pretty high as proven when he used Kin/Gin's weapons so I think he'll have enough for lightning armour and perhaps can wear black lightning armour or lightning armour made of gale release.

Also his long range attacks will become even more powerful.

I think too; being a kage and a leader is much more than power levels; Juubi is strong as f**k; but it does not even a conciousness for example.
Okay A is not like the frikkin juubi;but you got my point, power level is not the only concern if it comes to being a leader.
