Not really seeing how Darui would bypass Hidden Mist, but I still say he can win this by preventing Zabuza from casting it in the first place through Ranton. After that it'd be an easy battle for Darui as he'd just need to make contact with Zabuza's sword to win the fight given the lack of intel on his lightning-enhanced weapon.
