Well I think duari has more chakra and stamina then her but temari I's extremely smart and she is the best wind user in the shinobi forces (idk if Baki is better then her)
And it's not lik she's a push over and what bout her wesel summoning ? His lighting has a disadvantage against her

That would be a hell of a battle.....Black Lightning would have a small disadvantage but Darui still has water and Storm Release...The main problem for darui would be geting up close......Temari wins high diff
