Well, team tokubetsu really lacks a lot feats. Maybe Genma and Hayate could keep Darui busy with taijutsu while Anko attacks with her snakes from afar.
Or she could use her suicide snake jutsu and sacrifice herself.
I believe that team tokubetsu wins. Actually, it depends on Darui's taijutsu skills mostly. Or kenjutsu.
Okay, actually Darui can add lightning to his sword so he wins... IF Anko can't get him with her suicide jutsu.
