"Extreme" low diff..... you're over exaggerating...
I think Mei probably wins, but with high diff. Darui has Black Lightning, Mei has Suiton, Darui had Storm Release, Mei has Lava Release, Darui also has Suiton, Mei has Boil Release.
Darui has better CQC with his lightning enhanced blade and has more strength.
Mei has the slight elemental advantage, however, Darui has the physical advantage

at 20m this shit is mei favor all the way. Boil release will kill him fast and quick.

If Mei can keep her distance, she'll win. I tend to see her winning at a medium difficulty, regardless. Mei could easily use a high level suiton jutsu relatively fast to push her opponent away if he gets a tad too close and then summon up the Acidic Mist, keeping her pretty much secure unless Darui wants to charge in. And with a lack on knowledge, he might. And then he'd be injured or die.

I will say Darui extremely high diff to oppose everyone that is assuming Mei low-mid diff, which I highly disagree with.

Lmfao do you really believe Darui can beat Mei. His ass will be melted once me activates boil release. Anything he throws at her will be blocked by water pillared he tries taijustu
Hidden mist justu will blind him meaning no taijustu
Boil release will protect her from all his CQC moves

He does not have to fight close range. Water formation pillar creates a large amount of water around the user. This would be the perfect opportunity to use his black lightning, which will literally one shot her once the water has conducted it [
