I would give darui the edge, as kitsuchi can only do so much while hiding underground, since above it, his jutsu will be penetrated by rai'ton.

Darui wins. But Kitsuchi is low kage level because of that mountain sandwhich jutsu. with a great enough distance between him he just squashes anyone and that is so broken.
