The answer should be obvious based on hype. If you want to talk about feats. Well Hanzo's shunshin speed is incredible enough to dodge Gedo Mazo's dragon soul rush technique so I believe Hanzo should be able to dodge or defend against Darui's attacks. Also I believe that Hanzo kenjutsu is better than Darui's and bare in mind that one scratch, and Darui will be on the floor suffering from being poisoned. Darui has no antidotes in this match so he loses badly.
I didn't even talk about Ebisu because Hanzo doesn't need to use it in this match up. Hanzo stomps low difficulty if this is prime. If this is the old and out of shape version, he still wins but with moderate difficulty.
