Darui vs Gaara

Gaara's sand should be able to tank the black panther and gale style, but Darui is smart and probably will find a way to get some hits in.

I am going with Gaara outlasting Darui, high difficulty.

Gaara and Darui are about on par in intelligence but Gaara is on another level in raw power, he takes it with mid-high diff.

Gaara's sand should be able to tank the black panther and gale style, but Darui is smart and probably will find a way to get some hits in.

Gaara doesn't need to turn this into a battle of stamina; he can kill Darui long before it comes to that. Darui is good, but the problem here is he lacks the raw power needed to penetrate Gaara's defenses. His Ration-infused cleaver might work, but if it doesn't Darui will lose his sword.

Why couldn't Gale Style penetrate Gaara's defense? It's just more honed lightning essentially, a Chidori can pierce it so more refined lightning should be able to as well.

And I don't think he could outlast Darui, he has a crazy amount of chakra.
He was able to use the treasured tools multiple times when Kinkaku and Ginkaku only could because they had massive amounts of chakra due to the Kyuubi.
And before he started using them he was already pretty exhausted, so for a non jinchuuriki he's certainly got a crazy amount of chakra to work with.

I think he's also easily fast enough to dodge the Gaara's sand too. And since it's not in a desert Gaara doesn't have that advantage.


But that being said I'm not sure who would win, I think it would be a long even battle.

The lasers don't seem to focus on piercing power unlike Chidori. Also they only seem that refined because of the water element added to them, its actual power isn't really known, but I'd bet that Gaara could block it.

It doesn't have the feats to penetrate Gaara sand. Chidori is one of the best piercing attacks in the manga, so it makes sense that it could get through. Ranton: Reizā Sākasu (Storm Release: Laser Circus) isn't a piercing attack. Furthermore, Ranton: Reizā Sākasu is no longer just a Raiton or Suiton anymore, because Kekkei Genkai gives birth to an entirely

I would say Gaara wins but it won't be easy, but Darui will keep him on his toes. Gaara high diff
