Intel: Darui knows of Kiba's beast like fighting style and his speed while Kiba know that his chakra elements are Suiton and Raiton (doesn't kno about his Ranton).
To Remember: The Storm Cloud Ravine has natural water beneath it and the contestants can go down and fight on/under the water.
I'd say Darui takes this in my honest, non bias opinion lol. Darui can keep up with V1 Ei and is no slouch when it comes to Taijutsu or Kenjutsu. He can also pass Raiton through his Cleaver and has Black Lightning. Suiton is an effective defense against a Taijutsu fighter. It's similar, yet faster than Gaara's Sand Shield. His Ranton: Laser Circus can be guided like heat seeking missiles to the target. He's rather smart as he was able to figure out Kinkaku and Ginkaku's weapons and use them against them effectively. Not to mention his chakra levels have to be superb as he used two tools simultaneously and still had the chakra to create 6 or 7 Kage Bunshin and clones of the Sealing Gourd and shortly after used Daburu Kuropansa. We see his strength and speed in action again when he literally disarmed Kinkaku and Ginkaku of the Treasure tools. We see his jutsu quickly when Sasuke dashed for the Raikage and Darui used Suiton: Suijinheki in maybe 2 second to stop Sasuke dead in his tracks. So, with all of that said, do I have any objections? ^^
