War arc Darui is agenius and beat kinkaku and ginkaku and beats Sasuke in sword ability and uses black lightning at amazing speeds to electrify his oponents ant blinding speed. Almost at the speed of thought. And his IQ is super high. And mizukage choujoro is a genious who could fight an otsutsuki with the other kage and win.

Depends on whether Raikage has a chakra Armour or not.

With one, he tanks and outlasts the sword strikes. The kids are almost non-factor.

Without it, he gets chopped up neatly. Chojuro can launch his projectiles faster than Darui can launch his Black Lightning.

In terms of their partners, Chojuro wins and in this fight would be a threat to Mizukage Chojuro because he can't tank projectiles while Darui couldn't threaten Raikage Darui with much.

In terms of Chojuro vs Darui, it comes down to who strikes first as neither can tank or Dodge much. Chojuro wins with his projectiles.
