Darui is old or another timeline screw up?

So apparently Third Raikage passed his lightning down to Darui.
Third Raikage died 30 years before series started
The lowest age we seen people become ninja were the Sannin at age 6.
By that, Darui is at least 36 years old right?
This bothers me because he looks younger than Kakashi and has a baby face
No scars, no hair or anything and him and Cee are jounin partners and this is

Cee cant be older than 20 because the Third War ended when Kakashi was 14, 16 years ago. He looks like hes around the Konoha 12's age 17-18. Is Darui that young too? I certainly think he is the youngest general besides Gaara who is 17, he might just be a few years older than him. Any thoughts? Is he much older than he appears?

How can you tell how young Kakashi looks with his mask on? 30 is still pretty young, and if you are active and eat healthy, you can sustain a youthful appearance for a long time. Simple, no plothole. And if that's not the case, then as Royal Uchiha said, could have been scrolls explaining the jutsu.
