*I quickly gather my chakra into the earth in front of me, manipulating it, thinking of doton properties. I then manipulate my chakra, therefore changing the texture of the ground into that of a muddy substance. I then quickly manipulate this mud, causing it to flow and (if you learned water) adding some of my suiton chakra to it, giving it a rapid boost. This in completion causes a river of mud to form in front of me and flow.*

It can be used to knock the opponent off balance.
It is better used in combo with another jutsu, like fire, or water, since it covers a considerable area, it wouldn't be easy to evade.

Its not very fast(except the user adds water) so the opponent can easily come up with a counterO_O
