Tsunade and Shizune definitely win this without too much effort. I'd say the medics win low-mid difficulty. Shee isn't even a fighter and his genjutsu should be broken by Tsunade and Shizune easily, especially with Katsuyu's help.
Darui's laser circus and black lightning techs aren't fazing Tsunade, who managed to fight while being hindered by two Susanoo swords stuck through her abdomen. Shizune's poison fog is also presumably lethal if Darui or Shee breathe it in and it can blind their eyesight, although Shee is a sensor but Darui is not, so it can serve as a line of sight deterrent.
Darui is pretty fast though but he either gets outlasted, gets caught off guard by Katsuyu acid or Shizune's poison gas or Tsunade obliterates his footing.
Now that I think about this, Tsunade could solo this mid difficulty.
