That's a bit much Asuma is fast and dealing with him in close combat and shikamaru on the prowl with his shadows, i think Cee can get killed easily

Suigetsu woulda killed Cee if not for Darui, given he'd be in battle mode here Asuma probably gets Cee or Shikamaru and then they tag team Darui to High Difficulty

I see it as a low diff fight. Asuma's fire element is negated by Darui's water element. Darui is superior to Asuma in close combat I think. Laser circus gg, black panthers gg, Cee can sense Shika's shadows so no sneak attacks, Cee's genjutsu can blind both of them, Leaf simply cannot come close to winning.

Darui, can solo them both mid-high difficulty, like someone already mentioned:

Cee makes this a low difficulty fight. The have no counter to his Illusion Flash and Darui one shots them with Black panther or chops their heads off.
