You should know Lee wont die. The one who would use the 8th Gate would be Might Guy for sure, I doubt he will be forced to utilize it unless its to save someones life. He could be the one to kill Obito if Kakashi dies by using the 8th gate. I will be saddened if Might Guy dies, I at least would want him to use it to avenge Kakashi and for it to be a epic battle with Guy victorious.
