How you would use it in battle:

If possible, I would drain the opponent's chakra immediately using the previous technique and then quickly use this jutsu to cause tremendous internal damage.

I would drop underground in order to escape it.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

When I look at the sensei performing a wind technique towards me, I start by holding out my right hand parallel to the ground waiting for the attack. When the attack arrived, I immediately extract the physical and the spiritual energy of the wind making it disappear into my hand. Using the lower mark, I immediately release the chakra in form of dark while manipulating it to create shock waves heading towards the opponent. If the opponent is to be hit, he would suffer tremendous internal damage and bleeding.

Okay; now I want you to convert the chakra that your absorbed though your upper diamond into dark chakra and you will release though your bottom diamond the converted chakra should come out as blue flames that amplified, I want you to send the flames towards my clone who is at mid-range.

With the chakra present in the upper mark, I immediately channel it into the lower mark and manipulates it to form into a light blue flame capable of blowing the opponent away. With the chakra in my lower mark, I make it grow outwards while using shape manipulation to change it's shape into a wave. When the wave touched the opponent, he will fly away and get external burns at the same time.

Questions

Can the width of the wave be wider than normal waves?
This jutsu does cause external burns right?
I can only use Draining Touch right?

The user will spread his arms to the sides and point his palms outwards, activating his absorption squares in both his hand markings. As he does, a radial vortex-like effect is creating towards each hand. By doing this, the user is able to defend from attacks (following the elemental weaknesses and strengths of the KG) that are thrown at him from all directions, as the vortexes will direct them to the markings. However, if the user fails to keep both arms and markings perfectly opposed to each other, the vortexes will become unstable and fail.

Another new one, that I don't know much about. With this one, it uses both hands, and it seems to give you to sets of absorption squares; so with this one I want you to spread your arms to the sides and point them outwards doing that should allow you to create to medium sized vortex things, these vortexes will defend attacks that go by the elemental weaknesses and strengths, these vortexes can protect you from all directions. The only major downside is, if you fail to keep both your arms perfectly opposed from each other otherwise the vortexes fail.

Since this is just a defensive thing, there would be no counter to this

I assume you fire a A-Ranked fire towards me.

Looking at the fire ball heading towards me, I immediately rise both of my hands parallel to the ground sticked together and widen my hands showing my absorption marks while channeling chakra into them to activate them. With them activated and the fire in short-range, I immediately use shape manipulation to create a spinning vortex in front of me making the fire to disperse since it wasn't able to penetrate through the vortexes.

What if this jutsu is used on a opponent directly?

The user, when facing an attack, will clap his hands together and separate them right after. As he separates his hands, a small dark sphere will be between them. The user maintains his hands close to sustain the small sphere while it siphons any enemy technique or enemy chakra within range towards itself. The sphere is a "void" made by activating both absorbing markings in the users hand at the same time and opposing them to each other, which creates this effect. This technique is essentially a more advanced and powerful version of Dark Release: Inhaling Maw and enables the user to absorb higher ranked techniques. However, when used, the user needs to wait one turn to use Dark Release absorption related techniques.

Okay so this is pretty much a bigger and better version of Inhaling Maw, this one allows you to absorb up to S-rank and maybe some F-rank. What I want you to do, is clap your hands as you clap your hands a small void appears between the two hands, this void allows to absorb higher rank techniques, but you need to keep your hands opposing each other to work correctly; also if you use this you must wait one turn before you can use an Dark release technique that involves absorbing.

As of now, I don't exactly have a counter to a S-Rank fire jutsu unless I use the same one against the opponent. So I would use this absorb it into the void and store it for future purposes

If the opponent has mastered dark release. I would use a powerful matter based element jutsu to kill the opponent as he/she won't able to absorb it. First, I gotta get training to master them though >_>

I assume that you use a powerful S-Ranked fire

Looking at the fire heading towards me, I immediately channel my raw chakra into the upper marks present on my left and the right hand. Then I create a small gap between them with the palms faced to each other. Then I use shape manipulation to create a small sphere or void which is capable of absorbing chakra. When the fire headed towards me, the void immediately absorbed the fire and goes into the upper mark of the right storing it.

Same as previous Judgement, just much stronger. But this one can be used if you have absorbed two techniques via Inhaling Maw so meaning two uses of Inhaling Maw or one usage of Ultimate Inhaling Maw. [yes you can absorb a countless amount of techniques, per use of Inhaling Maws, and store them in your body] this judgement uses the use of both hands, again cause somehow you manage to get markings on both your hands.

It would be better to use this jutsu when the opponent is almost immobile and in short-range as it would be difficult to dodge it.

How you would counter it:

Using an matter based element would usually be considered as a counter. If you are evil, then summon a bird and let it die 0_o

I assume you used a unknown fire jutsu and I absorbed it into my right hand using the Ultimate Inhaling Maw.

Looking at the clone, I transfer an even amount of into the lower mark present on my left hand as well. Then I rise both of my hands parallel to the ground and manipulates the dark to grow outwards the lower mark in form of a light blue fire which I fired towards the opponent. If hit, the clone would be blown backwards with severe external injuries.

I need to mention that I evenly distributed the dark chakra into my other hand when I use this jutsu?

So either use two inhaling maws or, one ultimate inhaling maw; your choice. I want to concentrate the dark chakra to form a orb with two dark rings around it, giving it an atomic like look. You then will run up to my clone holding the orb plough it into him, it will hit the clone causing tremendous bone shattering damage

When in really close range where many jutsus would be like damn. This would be better to use if absorbed a jutsu. But for those who mastered Ninjutsu, it is better to use the real Rasengan.

Blowing away the opponent would mean that the dark power would also be blown along with the opponent. Matter based elements would also do the trick.

Assumes that I used Ultimate Inhaling Maw >_>

Looking at the clone, I bring forth the dark chakra present in my right hand through the lower mark while using shape manipulation to change it's shape into a hemisphere while adding two rings around that sphere making it look like an atomic bomb of WWII dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. With it, I run towards the clone and smashes it into it causing many bones to be broken along with the clone being dispersed due to the excess damage taken.
