Description: The body of Ibuki-Douji itself, both the offspring and vessel of the Yamata-no-Orochi itself. In this state, the full power of the vessel is sealed, though it is still partly accessible, granting access to unique snake-based skills as well as Snake Ninjutsu. In the case of the latter, these techniques are empowered by an additional 30 Damage Points, and defensive techniques become capable of defending against incoming attacks of up to 30 Damage Points higher than their stated rank. This manner of sealing is similar in nature to the Eight Trigrams Sealing Method, allowing the power of a sealed entity to leak through the seal for the vessel's usage, though it cannot be interfered with through any means or external forces.

Description: The foundation of Ibuki-Douji's existence. Being the vessel of the Yamata-no-Orochi, Ibuki possesses immunity to regular Genjutsu. The Yamata housed within Ibuki will automatically, and passively, break any illusion below the level of Mangekyō or Yin Release, identically to how Bijū can break their Jinchūriki from Genjutsu. Being both the offspring and vessel of a Divine Beast, Ibuki boasts an augmented life force, increasing her HP by 150 and chakra reserves by 750, and reducing all incoming critical damage by 30%. This skill is fundamentally always active.




As with the previous challenger of the tower, Kaneki would be transported to a separate realm, isolated from the impure world. A realm dyed red, occupied by naught but a single presence. Ibuki-Douji. The Dragon of Disaster gazed upon her prey, famished after a millennia in captivity. Eager to relieve her hunger, Ibuki would activate one of her Scale skills, granting greater resistance to spiritually-based techniques, and raise both her arms, conjuring storms from each of her arms that would surge towards the young shinobi. If left undefended, Kaneki would be violently electrocuted and battered by the attacks, defeated before the fight had truly begun.

Description: Indigo Scale of the Snake God is the third of Ibuki-Douji's Scale skills. Its activation is signified by the patterns on her large halo transforming into the kanji for 'Banishment', and exuding a purple glow. Whilst the Indigo Scale is active, Ibuki becomes largely resistant to the effects of spiritually-based techniques and fields, e.g. Yin Release and Genjutsu of that level. Not only will she take reduced damage (50%) from said techniques, but their miscellaneous effects are rendered ineffective. For example, she cannot have spiritual tethers attached to her through the Hungry Ghost, nor will she suffer from the mental interference from Hands of Sloth. Should she be under the effects of said techniques or fields, they can be broken by the activation of Indigo Scale, though any damage received by those techniques will not be healed, and will only be halved from the moment this technique activates and onward. While this Scale is active, the Green Scale of the Snake God cannot be activated, and this technique's activation will cease the current usage of Green Scale. Activating this ability is instant and doesn't cost a move slot.

Description: Convergence of Heaven is the ability of the Yamata-no-Orochi, and its vessel Ibuki Douji, to release concentrated storms from its body. These storms are reminiscent of the streaming techniques of Fire Release, and are made of highly condensed winds and natural lightning. In this sense, the storms of Heavenly Convergence are similar to the Leaf Dragon God technique, requiring chakra to perform but containing no chakra within them. Per usage of this technique, the Yamata-no-Orochi can release a storm from up to three of its heads, the total damage being split equally between them. Ibuki is able to release these streams and storms from any part of her body, such as her hands or mouth, and even Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi once drawn. This technique is treated as universally neutral to all techniques, fields and skills. Whilst Snake God Transmigrant « Sealed » is active, this technique's full power is limited (non-bracket values), and upon activation of Snake God Transmigrant « Full Power », it reaches its full potential (bracket values).

Patiently waiting for his opportunity, there was no warning. Kaneki was suddenly transported to what seemed to be an entirely different realm. As he surveyed his surroundings, directly in front of him they stood. What he would assume was his opponent: a woman. Although his former self might have been somewhat disappointed at this revelation. The person he had become was ruthless, savage. There was no room for mercy in his heart, no room for compassion.

As she began her onslaught two torrents of violently condensed blasts of wind and lightning would be launched towards our hero. His eyes would glow a bright red with three distinct tomoe rotating as he trained them on the woman before him, his blood-lust emanating from every pore on his body. At the same time he would immediately channel his latent nature energy, manifesting a pair of wings from which he would launch himself above and away from the blasts themselves (upon creating the wings, he would also create boosters, to launch himself away). As he propelled himself upwards he would launch a kunai in an arcing fashion towards his adversary. It would be launched in such a way to avoid coming in contact with her attacks.


As he now began to fly at high speeds, maintaining his distance while circling around his opponent he would bide his time and wait for an opportunity to strike.

Description: Chimera is a single ring composed of solid, silver earthen minerals, with a unique blue gem lining the center. The ring has a glossy tint, and seems to reflect the light, replicating the shimmering glow of the sea. This inexterminable ring is said to have belonged to the elder of the Sage Transformation Clan long ago. It is said the elder infused his life force into the ring, and from then on after that point the ring would be passed on from generation to generation. Due to the violent nature of the Sage Transformation Clan, the clan would be in a constant state of war with itself as well as with outside forces. Eventually the ring would be lost to the ages, and it's whereabouts would become a mystery. This powerful ring was said to enhance the capabilities of a clansmen tremendously. Centuries later, this ring would find its way into Taek's hands as he traveled about the ninja world, although at first ignorant to the powers this mysterious ring held despite his lineage. He would soon discover the ultimate power he could wield with it. After a number of battles wielding the Chimera Ring, Taek would realize that the ring was able to store the nature energy Taek passively absorbed, and supply this chakra into Sage Transformation forms and techniques. Through this Taek was able to increase the function of his transformations. This ring's purpose is to give the user a whole new dimension of control. For a clan that is practically synonymous with unstable, this meant something. Through this new found control, the power of Taek's transformation techniques and attacks were increased significantly, as a result of the additional infusion of nature energy.


  • Fang
    This refers to the the ring's ability to maintain and store nature energy passively absorbed by Sage Transformation Clansmen. The stored nature energy is then siphoned into transformations/forms and techniques. The ring acts as a gate of sorts, when the body passively absorbs nature energy a good portion of the nature energy absorbed isn't utilized. The ring serves to maximize the amount of nature energy the user uses in battle. So when a Sage Transformation Clansmen uses a Sage Transformation technique, the nature energy passively absorbed goes to the ring, through the ring. Due to the increase of chakra from the environment (+10 chakra) in addition to the users own chakra, the technique used gains an increase in the power, which is translated into a single rank increase up to S rank.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Description: A member of Jugo's clan uses their Sage Transformation ability to form two fleshy bat-like wings on his back. These wings can sustain flight and can be sustained for an entire battle as long as he remains conscious. The wings can be used to attack the opponent directly using sharp hook like growths from their tips, these hooks are claw-like in nature. Like most of the Jugo clan's jutsu these can be sustained as long as he has enough chakra to do so. The user can create boosters on their back once per battle that last for three turns. The boosters can be used to avoid incoming techniques by quickly changing the user's trajectory and moving them out of the way just like the Jet Booster Jump technique. This can only be done thrice per battle and counts as a move each time but can be done in the same timeframe as another technique. The user flies at their current running speed.

Note: The boosters can only be maintained for three turns and created once, the wings can be sustained indefinitely.

RULING UPDATE


After a discussion with Drackos, I have decided to make the rare decision to overrule this ruling for the following reason: I disagree with the notion that this technique cannot be used for the initial use of a dodge as we allow other flight based techniques, notably flight based techniques that create wings. As is customary with all flight techniques, the initial activation can be utilized as a way of dodging techniques. The argument was that the line denoting the use of the boosters would mean that this was the only way to allow techniques to be dodged, which I disagree with; the wording itself says: "A member of Jugo's clan uses their Sage Transformation ability to form two fleshy bat-like wings on his back. These wings can sustain flight and can be sustained for an entire battle as long as he remains conscious." With the first two lines, we see that these are used for flight - which as I pointed out above, is a strategy long accepted as valid ( using flight to initially dodge when first activated ). What I interpret the boosters line to mean is that after that initial usage, the boosters can be used to avoid techniques yet again.

Keep in mind this update is ONLY in reference to the use of the flight technique; if there are other issues that remain following this, then they should still be taken up with Goetia or Drackos, the Ninja World Mods. If this is the only issue present, then this update would remove said issue. I apologize for the delay in posting this update.

Her prey's response to her opening attack was insulting at best. Despite her bestial disposition, she could ascertain things such as temperament, intent, emotion. For her prey to judge that a single kunai was the best option available in that moment, it could only be one of two things; ignorance or arrogance. Or perhaps, some combination of the two. Ibuki's anger would give way to sadistic glee, relishing in the prospect of her prey's despair, deepened by an inability to conceive of their own failure as its weight bore down on them. With a burst of wind erupting outward from her body, the vessel of the Yamata had reached a state of higher power. The small gust did not merely dissipate, however. It returned to her, surging towards her right hand. It swarmed and swirled, writhing into a defined shape. In a small flash of green light, the wind had taken form; the Divine Sword, Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi, drawn in the same instant as she had reached her fully powered state. Immediately, violent winds would assault the conjured world, uprooting the great trees that lined the countryside and tearing asunder the nearby abandoned town. She turned her sights to the airborne human, his body floundering wildly in the maelstrom of wind currents. Her haunting visage was exacerbated by the crimson glow of her halo, signifying the activation of another Scale skill. She launched herself towards him with explosive force, at speeds greater than previously possible due to the heightened state of her vessel. Once within range of the shinobi, Ibuki would swing the godly armament in a frenzy, striking his body with extreme force, defeating him in a single blow.

Description: The body of Ibuki-Douji itself, empowered by a greater connection to the Yamata-no-Orochi. Upon reaching this state, she is capable of calling upon the totality of the Divine Beast's power. It can be summoned partially, in the sense of summoning any or all of the eight heads, or fully, transporting its entire body onto the field. When the vessel reaches full power, all Snake Ninjutsu techniques gain a boost of 50 Damage Points, and defensive techniques become capable of defending against incoming attacks of up to 50 Damage Points higher than their stated rank. Ibuki-Douji, whilst at full power, also becomes capable of drawing the Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi. Snake God Transmigrant « Full Power » functionally behaves as a mode, and will last for up to 10 turns before returning to Snake God Transmigrant « Sealed ». Upon deactivation, Ibuki cannot reactivate this state for 3 turns.

Description: Ame-no-Murakumo is the name of a legendary weapon located within the body of an ancient creature known as the Yamata-no-Orochi, discovered by Susano'o after he had slain the Divine Beast and gifted to his sister goddess Amaterasu. In later times, it took on the name Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi, one which is shared by numerous swords crafted by humans over many centuries in honour of its tale. This sword is, at once, an existence identical to the Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi and one that is apart from it; the origin of the Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi. As such, its powers aren't limited only to those which earned it the name 'Grass Cutter Sword'; carrying the Curse of Orochi itself as well. Unlike the Yamata itself, Ame-no-Murakumo is only able to transmit the curse by striking a target directly with the blade. Due to the weapon's divinity, it exudes power such that those who attempt to wield it who themselves are not of divine origin will be instantly annihilated, their HP being reduced to 0. Additionally, the weapon cannot be interfered with through any external means, such as being sealed or transported away via S/T. The drawing of the weapon itself from the sheath is capable of causing calamity, which is partly the reason for the weapon's original name, the 'Heavenly Sword of Gathering Clouds'. The sword is a single piece of forged metal, where the handle morphs into the cross-guard along its length, and the cross-guard too flows naturally into the rest of the blade, which has sharp, angular ridges up to halfway along the length of the blade. It resembles the shape of a claymore blade from thereon. Inscribed into the weapon's entire body is a series of intricate patterns resembling the flowing currents of wind and water, illuminant with an emerald gleam. The sword's pommel is fashioned to resemble a stylised cloud, spherical in shape and maroon in colour, purple strings flowing off it that are attached with a number of blue and silver magatama. Normally, this sword remains sealed, only able to be drawn and its powers unleashed when Ibuki's vessel reaches its fully-powered state. The sword can only be drawn while Snake God Transmigrant « Full Power » is active, though it can be instantly drawn without cost of a move slot.

Tengoku-no-Shukenja – Sovereign of Heaven

Sovereign of Heaven is, put simply, the ability of the sword to control the winds. At its mere unsheathing, Ame-no-Murakumo causes harsh winds to encompass the battlefield, strong enough to bend trees to heel and carry people off their feet. As such, while drawn, those others on the battlefield aside from Ibuki-Douji and the Yamata-no-Orochi must constantly stream chakra to their feet or some other part of their body that is in contact with the ground, lest they be carried away by the violent winds summoned by Ame-no-Murakumo. Alternatively, individuals possessing superior physical attributes, whether naturally or achieved through abilities such as Chakra Enhanced Strength, are able to withstand the physical power of the winds called forth by Ame-no-Murakumo, whilst remaining stationary on the ground. Attempting to run or perform other similar actions will destabilise their center of gravity sufficiently to the point that the winds will carry them off their feet, whether they are rooted to the ground via chakra streaming or simply physically resisting the wind. Large summons, such as Gamabunta, and other creatures of great size, such as Bijū, will have their base speed halved due to the power of the winds. Structures which are created from terrain-altering techniques, e.g. stone pillars created from Earth Release, will be broken down by the end of the turn of their use. Once caught within the winds cast by Ame-no-Murakumo, it is impossible to resist their physical pressure, whether through techniques or physical faculties. Freeform physical strikes from Ame-no-Murakumo deal 180 damage, and the sword is capable of releasing powerful blasts of wind for a variety of purposes, whether attacking or defending, at virtually all ranges. These blasts of wind can carry anywhere up to 180 Damage Points. Any Wind Release techniques performed through Ame-no-Murakumo will be imbued with an additional 50 Damage Points passively, and defensive techniques become capable of defending against damage up to 50 Points higher than its standard rank. Any wind produced by this weapon is treated as universally neutral to all techniques and attacks, and contains no chakra.

Description: Crimson Scale of the Snake God is the second of Ibuki-Douji's Scale skills. Its activation is signified by the patterns on her large halo transforming into the kanji for 'Hellscape', and exuding a red glow. Whilst the Crimson Scale is active, Ibuki will release an aura that directly attacks an enemy's life force within short-range of herself. Whilst within this aura, any opponents will suffer damage per turn that progressively worsens. Within the first turn of contact with the aura, they will suffer 15 damage. If they fail to remove themselves from its range by the next turn, they will suffer 30 damage. In the next turn, it will become 60, etc. This damage cannot be mitigated by fields and techniques which reduce damage taken. Techniques and abilities which heal the user are halved in their effectiveness. Activating this ability is instant and doesn't cost a move slot, and can remain active alongside the other Scales.

Due to the heightened connection between Ibuki and Yamata, Ibuki's tracking capabilities are fortified, granting her the ability to track up to 8x speed. In a fashion similar to the Rinnegan, her eyesight becomes linked to that of her snakes unleashed through Snake Ninjutsu, or the Yamata itself, and vice versa. For every turn in which Snake God Transmigrant « Full Power » is active, including the turn in which it is activated, Ibuki-Douji's speed will increase by an additional 4 levels. In the turn of activation, this effect is immediate, and stacks further at the beginning of every subsequent turn. This skill is automatically granted upon activation of Snake God Transmigrant « Full Power », and therefore doesn't cost a move slot.

It would seem as though something about his actions had angered the champion, and as he flew above the battlefield he watched as she began to summon a violent wind and gather these currents around her hand to manifest a blade. Upon unsheathing said blade the battlefield was consumed by violent winds making it difficult for Kaneki to navigate the tumultuous environment while airborne.

As she charged up towards him Kaneki couldn’t help but smirk. He knew better than to engage her in close quarters combat, as that wasn’t necessarily his forte. However, coming within range of Kaneki’s abilities also wasn’t the greatest of ideas. As she approached at insane speeds, Kaneki would lock eyes for a moment and in that moment of direct eye contact he would also instantly and passively activate his Eternal Kaleidoscope Eye, as well as induce Ibuki into the Nightmare Realm technique.

Fear would consume her, as the two were suddenly transported to a different dimension. Although the scenery itself was quite pleasant, what Ibuki was about to experience was far from it. A field filled to the brim with white spider lilies, Ibuki would find herself constrained to a chair with Kaneki in front of her.

The Black Reaper would crack his fingers as suddenly a rack of tools manifest besides him. Tools for what you might ask? Tools for an Eternity of Despair. He would begin to torture Ibuki. In countless unimaginable ways, take whatever your thinking and make it 100x worse and that doesn’t even come close to the atrocities Kaneki would commit against this so-called “Champion”.

“Enjoying your prize...? Remember you asked for this.” An unhinged Kaneki would chuckle as he continued to torture the poor woman, her blood dripping onto the flower field transformed the realm into that full of red spider lilies.

(Doujutsu: Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan) - Eye Technique: Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye (Passively Activated)

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns

Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.
Note: Using MS techniques don't reduce the activation time.
Note: Controlling a Bijuu is an exclusive ability of Madara Uchiha and can only be done once per battle. Once the control ends, the EMS reverts back to a 3T Sharingan. If the control is done on a complete form Jinchuriki, then the user can't do any other technique while controlling the enemy.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: While active, as long as a clear line of sight and the range is respected, the user can cast normal non-Doujutsu Genjutsu without the need for handseals. However, Doujutsu illusions still require eye contact (if feasible) or their own requirements; this ability only affects regular Genjutsu.

Description: One of the basic techniques awoken with MS, this illusion renders the victim at the total mercy of the user. The user has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The only limitation of the technique is the users own imagination and skill, a fact proven by Itachi Uchiha who was must more masterful with its use than any other Uchiha before him. The technique itself only lasts for but a mere second in reality, but the one affected could have suffered through the equivalent of several weeks of torture which will manifest in severe mental damage and physical fatigue.

Note: Requires direct Eye Contact and the user to have MS active
Note: Each use reduces the duration of MS by 2 turns
Note: Its unblockable and unreleasable
Note: If the target doesn't possess at least a 3 Tomoe Sharingan, he is left unconscious and unable to fight regardless of body's physical condition
Note: Doesn't work on enemies who have MS/EMS active and use their own Tsukuyomi to counter.
