So far, I find DS3 harder than DS2 but easier than DS1. There are several more builds that carry you through the end of the game, and there aren't (nearly as many) bullshit factors in the level design that would kill you rather than the monsters/bosses themselves.

Did you play the game? I think you'd be surprised. I heard Demons Souls (first in the franchise) was for masochists, but DS3 is tame in comparison. Most games nowadays are too easy and lack challenge.

I believe it's on XBOne, PC, and PS4. As for playing the other two games, I'm not sure. There are recurring characters and locations, but Dark Souls is notorious for having vague, stoner-poetic levels of plot reveal. I think you'd be alright playing the newest game and reading up on the plot of the other games.

I definitely want to play this game. I heard it has references to Berserk so it piqued my interest and it's more for hardcore gamers. I've been watching gameplay and it looks like a lot of fun.

Unless they changed the genre in this sequel, Mortal Kombat is a fighting game, so the amount of Story and Gameplay should be significantly less than the sheer amount of game Dark Souls 3 offers. I understand you're skeptical, so you could always wait until more reviews appear and the price is lowered. (and when the game gets more updates. I understand there is a lighting problem where the game will crash if the player has lighting on High Quality and the player tries to light a bonfire).

lol don't ever pay full price for fighting games. Shit. I only drop 60 dollars on games that will last a long time like gay ass destiny or masterpiece games such as Metal Gear solid 5. I was gonna waste 60 bucks on that Naruto game...I'm so glad that I waited. Everybody stop playing that shit after 2 weeks. Saved 60 bucks right there!

But really... these days, I be making life decisions on dropping 60 bucks on a video game. Unless it is a game with high replay value or take like 50 hours to beat, I just refuse to waste money on it. I rather get on twitch and watch some female play it.

But Dark Soul 3 is worth the 60 bucks!

Hahahaha this is the best I need to get a crew together and roll all day long, OT Hell yeah! I'm playing on ps4 just finished NG and am now enjoying me some sweet pvp action. I thought this was the hardest Dark Souls game yet only boss that made me sweat on ds1 was Gwyn and ds2 was pretty easy but I did go with a hexer build so I guess I kind of did that to myself, though I did mainly rock it melee with my sweet, sweet Dark Roaring Halberd.

Just because 90% of people are so retarded that they dont know that there is a roll button and there is also a "put shield up" button doesnt mean the game is for psychos, its not even remotely hard nor this souls game nor all other 3 before this one, the only hard thing about it is ur first 10 hours or so into the game especially if ur new to souls games after that it should be an enjoyable ride rather then a frustrating one, I've finished all 3 souls games almost up to NG+5 except for DS2 which I went up to NG+7 and I dont even consider myself a hardcore gamer, this game just requires a bit more effort in it compared to most games these days that even the 20th level of candy crush is harder to beat, now where the **** is the fun in that.

One was enough for me tbh. It wasn't as hard as people made it out to be and not very technical. It didn't require much skill, just some patients here and there. This game looks gameplay wise the same, so I'm not buying it.
