At least post feats I never heard of this person but I'm loving his defense but that alone wont be enough to win only to drag out the fight till they both die of a old age but since cell and couple other villains don't age they just get tired I need his offensive features
Defence- Has an uncountable amount of shields which can each tank a nuclear blast. If the attack is greater, the first shield will be destroyed, however, it will take all of the damage. In other words, you can only destroy one shield at a time. The shields protection is not limited to physical attacks. It protects against magic, mind, and reality attacks. These shields also regenerate faster then the speed of light. The specifications of the shield can change at will. The only thing Dispel Bound can't do, is protect someone other than himself.
Regeneration:Can instantly regenerate as long as his Eternal Atoms exist. To reach that, you must first go through his Dispel Bound. Even if you manage to go through his shields and kill him. As long as even a single eternal atom exist, he can will himself back into existence.
Where's his attacks? As far as I know nobody wins unless someone like kid buy desides to destroy the planet.

Alright, let's put it this way then ...
Durability: Extremely high. In Majin form, Dark Schneider is surrounded by hundreds to thousands of shields known as Dispel Bound, which must normally be defeated one at a time in order to get to his body (though a very hax attack can break it completely for purposes of vs debates). These shields negate haxes and reality warping powers. His Dispel Bound was shown to be capable of emerging out of the destruction of the Black Abyss completely unscathed. He also has extremely broken regeneration, as one must not only destroy his physical matter, but his soul and astral matter (the eternal atoms which exist in other dimensions) in order to kill him.
And moreover, his DC
DS destroyed a super massive abyss black hole from satan was seen fleeing.

Also venom
Venom: Dark Schneider's signature spell, it summons a destructive enzyme from the gates of hell that breaks down all the organic matter within it's target, turning it into mush from the inside out.

Black Sabbath: A forbidden spell in High Ancient Magic, it traps its target inside a spellbound, and heats up to a million degrees Celsius before sending it to another dimension. In Majin form with the Judas Pain "several million times" multiplier, this spell will reach temperatures well in excess of one trillion degrees C.

As you can see here, DS uses the spell, which completely decimates the enemy sending him to another dimension altogether.
And then we have, Judas Priest Judas Priest: A powerful attack that attacks the eternal atoms of its target. It destroys both the physical body, the soul, and the astral body of the target, erasing it from existence.

So the argument about DS "LOL HURR OMFG planet shitter must be presentz phor LE damage" goes into my dustbin, the fact DS has destroyed a supermassive abyssal black hole which was considered galaxy level in size. And moreover his haxed and broken regen, the ability to cast absolute zero spells rendering Molecules and particles immovable is also there.
He's also MFTL. Can cross the galactic region in seconds is fast. Everything dbz has gets deflected by DS's 5 inch flaccid dong.

Oh OK maybe he can win but super low diff, its not bad since its only 1 person vs 7 billion+ characters dbzverse=all humans all villians and good guys bugs animals and more

schneider is one of the most overpowered characters in fiction. even if you kill his defences, you have to kill him on three planes of existence or else his regen will save him

And yet hes from the manga Bastard!!. What does Marvel and DC have to do with Dark Schneider? Nothing. Not to mention Bills and Whis were not included in this fight because of the OP's restrictions, which I'm sure you didn't read, so basically every word you posted was irrelevant to this thread. This guy is arguably top 10 in fiction. Throw in GT and this is still a stomp to this guy. DBZ has no way of dealing with such high power magic.

LOL These people know nothing of DS. He stomps the DBZ verse, and Naruto verse, and OP verse, and most anime verses combined. And that's being generous. His shields are pretty much unbreakable and he can't be beat unless he's killed on three different planes of existence.
