No. That's literally the Yin embodiment of Kurama. Menma's was the alternate version of the actual Kurama albeit Darker.

Half of Kurama was sealed into Naruto while the other half was placed into Minato. During that sealing technique it split the consciousnesses of Kurama, still both evil. Menma was from an alternate reality same with everything else in that reality was different. No, it is not the same as Menma's but its just like Kurama during most of the series as far as we know.
